Terms of Sales :
The Terms and Conditions below govern the relationship between you, the client, and us, Morocco Tour Packages. By booking a tour, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All details contained herein are, to the best of our knowledge, correct and it is in good faith that we have published them.
Our conditions of sale are applicable according to the decrees of the Moroccan Law laying down the conditions for the exercise of activities relating to the organization and sale of travel or stays. The service order is reserved for users who have read and accept the terms of sale. A refusal of one of the clauses will lead to an interruption of the order. Our conditions of sale are appended to the requests of inscription, the invoices and can be consulted on our websites. These copies can also be obtained by a simple request addressed to the head office of the company.
Validity of the offer :
Our offers are subject to availability at the time of registration. Our request for registration and our descriptions constitute the preliminary information valid except for sale in the meantime, whose terms will lapse due to lack of signature within 24 hours from its issue.
PRICES: Our prices are expressed in Euros and per person based on the exchange rates in force on the day of the offer or the publication. They must be checked at the time of registration. They do not include: Any government taxes not in force on the day of registration, supplementary insurance to our civil liability as described below, airport taxes, visa fees, personal expenses (drinks, surcharges, charges, penalties incurred as a result of a breach of the laws of the countries concerned, excursions not mentioned in the registration, tips and in general any service not expressly included in the registration form. Travel times are indicated by day within Morocco, including the departure day (from the time of the pickup at the airport) and arrival at the return, whatever the schedule, the time and the number of nights actually spent on the spot. The duration of the land services may be changed for reasons due to transport or to cases of difficult circumstances without giving rise to compensation or reimbursement. We reserve the right to review our prices in the event of a significant increase in the cost of transport, fees, insurance, taxes and exchange rates between the day of registration and the day of departure. The revision would occur only by the additional cost we would have to bear.Where the increase in price is greater than 7% of the original price of the applicable products or services (excluding add-ons, insurance and taxes), you may choose to either :
(a) cancel the applicable booking without incurring any penalty.
(b) accept the change of price.
You must notify the Tour Operator of your choice within 14 days of receipt of notice of the increase or you will be deemed to have accepted the price change and will be liable for payment of the increase.
The registration is effective upon signature by the customer provided that the offer is still available. This registration implies the immediate payment of a deposit equal to at least 30% of the total amount. The following shall not be regarded as discharge of the debt. The balance is payable at the latest 30 days before the departure without recall from us, under the conditions applicable to the deposit, otherwise we would be entitled to terminate the contract without the buyer being entitled to reimbursement of his down payment nor to any compensation. In this case the cancellation will be considered on the initiative of the customers.
We accept payments via any major credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover).
Payment timing are as follows :
• 30%: Initial deposit
• 70%: 30 days prior to arrival (an email reminder will be sent to you).
Cancellation, Modification, Assignment :
Your purchase will be confirmed via email within one to two business days. The cancellation fee policy will take effect once you submit your reservation. If your purchase cannot be confirmed for any reason, we will fully refund your purchase without any additional charges. We recommend each customer to read and review the cancellation policy and consider purchasing a Travel insurance policy. Trips and excursions are indicated by day in Morocco, including the departure day (from the time of pickup at the airport) until the date of return, whatever the schedule, the time and the number of nights actually spent. The duration of the land services may be changed for reasons due to transport or in cases of difficult circumstances without giving rise to compensation or reimbursement. For stays abroad (packages) In the sole discretion of Morocco Tour Packages, may refuse transport to any passenger or may require any passenger to leave the tour if it is reasonably believed that the passenger (1) is dangerous to others or to himself or herself; (2) has engaged in, is engaged in, or is threatening to engage in, behavior that may adversely affect the safety, security, comfort, enjoyment, or well-being of other passengers or Globus representatives, including, but not limited to, behavior that is disruptive, verbally abusive, physically abusive, obnoxious, harassing, discriminatory, or obscene; or (3) has failed or refused, or is failing or refusing, to follow Morocco Tour Packages rules and procedures or the instructions of Morocco Tour Packages or its representatives. In the event a passenger is removed, such passenger may be left at any city without any liability to Morocco Tour Packages or its representatives. Morocco Tour Packages shall not be required to refund any portion of the price paid by any passenger who is removed under the terms of this paragraph, nor shall Morocco Tour Packages be responsible for expenses for lodging, medical care, meals, transportation, or any other expenses incurred by the passenger. Morocco Trip Tour Packages shall be entitled to recover from the passenger any costs or expenses incurred by Morocco Tour Packages or its representatives in the removal of the passenger or the exercise or enforcement of this clause.
Depending on the international usage, rooms are available, except for local exceptions, from 1 PM to 12 AM on the next day, regardless of arrival and departure times. We reserve the faculty for technical reasons, difficult circumstances or third parties, to substitute for the planned hotel an establishment of the same category. Our prices are contractual rates. It is therefore impossible to take account of certain promotional rates on the spot on certain dates, consequently, we will not take into account any claim or refund request. The descriptions are carefully drawn up, but they do not have a contractual value and we cannot be held responsible for changes occurring in the meantime. The number of meals depends on the number of nights spent at the hotel. Full board begins with dinner on the first night and ends with breakfast on the last night. Half board includes breakfast and one meal per day (dinner in general). Drinks are only included when specifically mentioned. These meals can be provided both during a flight by the carrier, as well as during an excursion to a local restaurant, a picnic, or staying accommodation. Children under 2 years old do not have an adult bed in the hotels. The rooms "doubles for share" are proposed subject to a person agreeing to share. Failing that, a single room supplement should be paid.

You must ensure that prior to embarking on the travels your passport and visas, and those of your dependents and traveling companions are valid for Morocco. It is the responsibility of each Customer to obtain and carry a valid passport, visa(s), and all other documents required by applicable government regulations. When traveling domestically or internationally such responsibility shall also extend to vaccinations and other medical certificates, and all other travel documents, including travelers cheques, where applicable. Morocco Tour Packages does not accept any responsibility for changes in medical requirements or regulations for visas or any particular visa requirements. Should you be refused entry to the country, due to incorrect or incomplete documentation or failure to comply with the country's requirements, Morocco Tour Packages shall not be liable for any costs of whatsoever nature occasioned thereby. The information we give you only concerns a person of full age and of French nationality. In no event shall we be liable for the consequences of force majeure, fortuitous events or third parties. We decline all responsibility in the event of modification or cancellation of services due to climatic conditions or events beyond our control. For the execution of our travels, we call upon different carriers who retain their own responsibilities towards travelers. The concept of civil liability (accident, fire, theft, etc...) varies according to the legislation of the countries concerned, travelers are advised to guarantee themselves individually by an insurance complementary to those possibly purchased by us.
Due to the organizer :
In the event that the organizer is obliged to modify all or part of the planned program, either because it does not bring together a sufficient number of participants, for foreign reasons at will or for reasons related to the safety of the client; The client will be fully reimbursed
Due to the client :
If the client cancels, cancellation fees are assessed as a percentage of the total tour price. Notification of cancellations must be in writing.
Up to 30 days prior to tour departure a refund will be paid less a 1000DH cancellation fee of total tour price. Between 30 and 15 days prior to tour departure a refund will be paid less a 20% cancellation fee of total tour price. Cancellations received between 15 and 2 days prior to tour departure a refund will be paid less a 60% cancellation fee of total tour price. Cancellations received inside 2 days prior to departure a 90% cancellation fee applies of total tour price.
You are strongly encouraged to obtain cancellation insurance. In certain circumstances, this will cover the cost of cancellation.
If you have a complaint about any of the tour arrangements, you must bring it to the attention of the tour guide or other representative of the Company at the time so that they may use their reasonable endeavors to rectify the situation. Should the problem remain unsolved a complaint must be made in writing to us within a reasonable period of not more than (we suggest 30 days) after the completion of the trip. Failure to follow the procedure set out in this clause may affect ours and the applicable supplier’s ability to investigate your complaint, and will affect your rights under this contract. In the event of a dispute, the Courts of Morocco shall have sole jurisdiction.
